$1K Employee Referral Bonus Program

For each an employee refers who is hired and successfully completes three month of active duties, bonus (subject to taxes) shall be granted. The referring employee must complete and submit an employee referral form. In addition, the applicant that the employee is referring should reference the employee’s name in his/her cover letter that accompanies the application.
