We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager covering Chicago metropolitan area and Midwest.

Discover and develop new business opportunities – sales of BI Analytics Systems and Service
Manage existing accounts

Qualifications:

Winning attitude, can-do spirit, evidenced by a high energy level, enthusiasm and passion for success.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and writing skills.
3+ of successful experience software and solutions sales to enterprise or middle size companies.
Experience of building and nurturing relationship with C-level executives.
Stable job history is preferred, along with a verifiable history of exceeding quota goals and income.
Conduct business problem analysis and high level requirements gathering.
Ability to translate business problems into valid business opportunities.
Write proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs) and pricing.
Strategic sales orientation, documented sales methodology and a boardroom presence.
Account Manager role experience is a plus.
Must be able to discover opportunities with cold-call, warm-call experience.
Must have IT technology solution sales experience.
Microsoft BI technology stack experience is a big plus.
Must have experience of using CRM.

Software Engineer - Lincolnshire, IL

As a member of the Development Team you will be responsible for development of BI solutions, starting with IS Package development, and move up to Reporting and AS subject area as you accumulate experience.

Qualification Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in Microsoft BI solutions including SQL Server 2005/2008 (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS).
SharePoint experience desired, but not required.
Fluent in T-SQL. MDX and DMX are plus.
Experience with all phases of Data Warehouse development including prototyping, data modeling, analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and training other team members.
Understanding of business functions and processes.
Understanding of methodologies used to implement BI solutions.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Information System or related fields.
Self-Motivated with good verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to learn new skills required by assigned task.
MCITP: Business Intelligence Developer 2008 Certification preferred, not required.

Territory Sales Manager - Chicago, IL

The role will be focused on positioning a portfolio of Business Intelligence solutions . This individual will be accountable for closing sales in order to achieve or exceed individual quotas and company business objectives. This individual will need to successfully navigate large organizations to position a variety of best-in-class offerings geared at delivering superior analytic capabilities and business intelligence. The territory will consist of the Midwest Region, with travel outside the Chicago area to other customer sites in cities like Indianapolis, Columbus, Minneapolis & others as needed. This position will be the center of a team-oriented organization that includes support from a Pre-Sales, Product Management.
Bachelor's degree and 2 - 6 years of software sales experience.

Marketing Manager - Chicago, IL

The role will be focused on marketing activities of BI Powerhouse Applications. This individual will be accountable for run marketing campaigns and daily marketing activities in order to achieve company business objectives. BI Architect (Sr. Software Engineer) - Kansas City, KS

HCONN will need multiple positions serve as Software Architect for Business Intelligence (BI) projects. This individual will be accountable for software development including installing, configuring and troubleshooting and to plan, schedule, implement and monitor integration systems. in addition, this individual will be using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, SQL Integration Services and SQL Reporting Services for Business Intelligence projects as well as .NET Framework, Visual C++ and various other tools, utilities and technologies.
