We have learned many lessons from
our experiences in various project
implementations and extensive research
and analysis of successful and failed
projects. Few projects fail because
of technology or other resource
limitations. No, more often than
not, the real culprit is a failure
of obtaining the right mix of human
resources to meet the project or
mission needs. People implement
the project not technology.
When HCONN’s founders, a group of
industry experts, were considering
new company names, they found that
the answer tied directly to the
most important factor for successful
project implementation, the human
connection.
In other words, projects are only
successful when the right kind of
human resources are applied. Therefore,
HCONN stands for Human Connection.
That is what HCONN does, connecting
successful human resources to successful
clients. Again, HCONN wins when
its candidates and clients are winning.

History |

The HCONN Corporation was established in
1994 in Lincoln, Nebraska. HCONN was originally
founded under the name of Corus, Inc. and
providing IT consulting services to small
and medium size companies in the areas of
internet application development, wireless
network architecture and design, internet
content and service development, and internet
network design using cable modem technology.
One of our clients was a major wireless
telecommunication company in the Midwest,
which led to a move of the corporation to
Kansas in 1999.
Early 2004, Corus, Inc. changed its name
to HCONN, expanding scope of service that focuses
on supplying IT Consultants. Since 2004,
HCONN has provided consulting service to major
client companies and government organizations,
and expanded consulting service to areas of
Finance, Network, Engineering, and Health
Care.
Today, HCONN, Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, is combining its core competencies
in Microsoft Solution Provider with a broadened
scope of specialized services in other areas
including: Infomation Worker Solutions, Microsoft Business Solutions, Microsoft .NET Solutions Development, Data Management Solutions, and SOA and Business Process. |
