We are currently seeking for full time Entry-Level Software Engineers who are energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented. As a member of Service Delivery department, you are responsible for developing and consulting Microsoft Technology and will be involved in entire turnkey-based projects. In addition, you will have opportunities to gain large Microsoft technology projects that are related with SharePoint, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Solutions and so on. The ideal candidates will turn internship into full time if needed to have in-depth technical skills with Microsoft products that cross over between infrastructure and development.

As a member of our Service Delivery department, you will be responsible for consulting, development, management, maintenance, and configuration of Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server and Microsoft Office SharePoint Services (MOSS) as well as other Microsoft technologies. In addition, you will have opportunities to gain Microsoft technology project exposure and acquire Microsoft product knowledge including Net, SharePoint, CRM and so on.

Position responsibilities:

• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures
• Updates job knowledge by studying development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues
• Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
• Collects and documents system requirements, work with local and remote development teams and build relationships with our clients

Qualified candidates will possess the following essential requirements:

• MS or BS in Computer Science, Information System or related fields
• Class or project work using one or more of the following languages:
  .NET, C#, ASP, VB, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX
• Knowledge in Designing, and debugging applications in various software languages
• Knowledge in Object Oriented Design and Analysis (OOD and OOA)
• Knowledge in Front and graphical user interface design
• Ability in Support, maintain and documentation software functionality
• Ability in Evaluation and Identification of new technologies for implementation
• Self-Motivated with good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to learn the new skills required by assigned task
• Microsoft BI or SharePoint certification is required within 3 months
